Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Construction Foreman to lead crews in delivering high-quality landscape construction and tree transplanting projects throughout the Las Vegas Valley. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong experience in landscape construction, hardscaping, irrigation, and large tree relocation services. The Foreman will oversee field operations, ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently, and maintain the high standards our clients expect from First Choice Tree Service. Responsibilities Lead and supervise landscape construction crews on commercial and residential projects. Oversee all phases of landscape installation, including grading, planting, irrigation, drainage, and site preparation. Coordinate and perform large tree relocation and transplantation projects. Install and supervise hardscape features including pavers, retaining walls, pathways, fire pits, chimineas, decorative rock, and outdoor living elements. Read and interpret landscape plans, layouts, and construction drawings. Ensure projects are completed on schedule while maintaining quality workmanship and safety standards. Operate and oversee the safe use of equipment, machinery, and tools. Train, mentor, and develop crew members to improve productivity and workmanship. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, vendors, and team members throughout project completion. Monitor materials, equipment, and labor needs to maintain efficient jobsite operations. Enforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance on all job sites. Qualifications 5-10 years of hands-on experience in landscape construction required. Previous foreman or crew leadership experience preferred. Strong knowledge of landscape construction practices, irrigation systems, grading, drainage, and planting techniques. Experience with hardscape installation including pavers, block walls, fire pits, chimineas, and outdoor living spaces. Experience with tree relocation/transplanting and operating related equipment is highly preferred. Basic knowledge and operation of heavy machinery, including skid steers, mini excavators, loaders, and related equipment. Ability to read blueprints and landscape construction plans. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and crews in a fast-paced environment.

MUST HAVE A VALID NV DRIVERS LICENSE
