The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can effectively manage a crew while maintaining high-quality workmanship, productivity, and safety standards. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and leads by example. Responsibilities Supervise and lead a landscape installation crew on a daily basis. Read and interpret landscape plans and construction drawings. Install trees, shrubs, groundcover, and other plant material according to plans. Install drip irrigation systems, valves, controllers, lateral lines, emitters, and perform irrigation troubleshooting. Perform grading, site preparation, and finish grading. Install pavers, retaining walls, edging, and other hardscape features. Install artificial turf, including proper base preparation and finish work.

Safely operate equipment such as:

Skid Steers, Mini Excavators, Trenchers, Compact Loaders, Plate Compactors, Other landscape equipment Coordinate material deliveries and maintain job site organization. Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company quality standards. Train and mentor crew members. Maintain daily communication with the Project Manager regarding job progress, material needs, and scheduling. Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of landscape installation experience. Previous experience leading landscape installation crews.

Strong knowledge of:

Irrigation installation, Plant and tree installation, Hardscape installation, Artificial turf installation, Grading and site preparation Experience operating landscape construction equipment. Ability to read landscape and irrigation plans. Strong problem-solving and leadership skills. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required. Preferred Experience Commercial landscape construction
