Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Foreman and lead the charge in creating stunning outdoor spaces! In this energetic role, you will oversee landscape maintenance projects, supervise crews, and ensure that every detail meets our high standards of quality and beauty. Your leadership will inspire teams to deliver exceptional landscaping, lawn care and gardening services that transform environments and delight clients. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, pruning, planting Lead landscaping projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion while maintaining safety standards Oversee lawn care Train and mentor crew members on horticultural practices, equipment operation, and safety procedures Conduct site inspections to monitor quality control and troubleshoot issues proactively Experience Proven supervising experience in landscape maintenance or landscaping projects Strong background in horticulture, gardening, or related fields with practical knowledge of plant health and landscape design principles Familiarity with construction processes related to outdoor environments such as hardscaping or grading Knowledge of lawn care techniques Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects effectively Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, team members, and vendors Opportunity for commission tips and bonuses.
