Boundless Adventures is a growing company serving the growing zip line/eco-tourism trend. Our Aerial Adventure Course provides adrenaline rushes with obstacle elements, including zip lines. Our courses provide both a mental and physical challenge to children as well as adults. We offer opportunities for advancement within Boundless Adventure as we expand our footprint nationally.

Position Summary:

Boundless Adventures is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Course Manager (Assistant Manager) at its aerial adventure park located in Purchase, New York. The Course Manager is a member of the park's management team and reports to the Park Manager. The Course Manager oversees most aspects of our climbing guests experience including staff training, safety, and course maintenance while also performing Manager on Duty (MoD) responsibilities. Requirements

• Previous Leadership Experience
• Comfortable working at heights up
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Willingness to work long hours during the peak season of May-October Preferred Qualifications
• Management experience with college aged and transient individuals
• College education
• Comfortable with Microsoft word, and excel
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Customer service experienced, ideally in a recreation setting
• Maintain a steadfast commitment to detail
• Ability to effectively establish and organize competing priorities
• Climbing experience either in a work or recreational setting
• Basic facility maintenance or handyman skills and mechanical aptitude Job responsibilities
• Staffing - Organize initial staff training and continuing skills practice and evaluation. Maintain staff readiness and ability. Ensure all staff are familiar with operational policies and proficient at their responsibilities.
• Assist Park Manager in creation of the weekly staff schedule
• Know and enforce all organizational and operational policies
• Oversee all inspections and maintenance of the Adventure Park courses
• Maintain all course related documentation and logs
• Maintain all participant and staff PPE along with inspections, logs and documentation
• Perform MoD responsibilities as needed
• Maintain a professional and courteous environment for guests and employees
• Promote an excellent customer service oriented experience for guests
