In this energetic role, you will oversee landscape maintenance projects, supervise crews, and ensure that every detail meets our high standards of quality and safety. Your leadership will inspire teams to deliver exceptional landscaping, lawn care, and horticultural services that transform environments and delight clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in landscaping while fostering a collaborative and motivated work atmosphere. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of landscape crews, ensuring efficient completion of projects related to landscaping, lawn care, irrigation, and garden maintenance Oversee landscape construction projects, including planting, tree care, hardscaping, and installation of irrigation systems Maintain high standards of landscape maintenance by inspecting work quality and ensuring adherence to safety protocols Provide hands-on guidance in gardening practices, horticulture techniques, and general land management to team members Schedule and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines while managing resources effectively Communicate clearly with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure project specifications are met and expectations are exceeded Lead safety meetings and enforce compliance with all health and safety regulations on-site Experience Proven supervising experience in landscape maintenance or landscaping projects Strong background in landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening, horticulture, and tree care Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting Familiarity with construction processes related to outdoor environments Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously Hands-on experience with landscaping tools, equipment, and maintenance procedures Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with clients and team members
MUST HAVE HEVAH EQUIPMENT EXPERIENCE MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE WITH NO POINTS
