Landscape & Turf Maintenance Foreman

Job Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Landscape & Turf Maintenance Foreman to oversee daily field operations and lead a small crew in delivering high-quality landscape maintenance services. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who takes pride in workmanship, leads by example, and can execute maintenance programs with consistency and precision. Key Responsibilities Lead and work alongside a small landscape maintenance team on a daily basis Execute and oversee all aspects of turf and landscape maintenance, including mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, and seasonal services Maintain and implement detailed maintenance schedules to ensure properties are serviced on time and to the highest standards Operate trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Monitor job quality and ensure all work meets company and client expectations Train and support crew members to promote productivity, safety, and professional growth Communicate effectively with management regarding progress, needs, and any issues in the field Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment Qualifications Previous landscape and turf maintenance experience required Valid driver's license with the ability to safely operate a truck and trailer required Strong attention to detail with the ability to develop and follow maintenance schedules Ability to lead a small team effectively, both independently and collaboratively Prior leadership experience preferred, but not required Ability to safely operate hand tools and small landscaping equipment Ability to work independently and as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard Preferred Skills & Attributes Strong work ethic and reliability Positive attitude with a hands-on leadership approach Ability to problem-solve and adapt in the field Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction Physical Requirements Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding task Why Join Our Team?
