Landscape & Hardscape Foreman Location:

Amelia, OH Service Areas:

Milford, Loveland, Batavia Pay & Incentives $26-$35 per hour , based on experience Overtime available during peak season Performance bonuses End-of-season bonus Bonuses are earned , not guaranteed.

Responsibilities:

Lead & work with one crew Oversee hardscape & Softscape installs (pavers, walls, steps, drainage) Manage maintenance work when scheduled Preform proper Spring & Fall Cleanups Read plans and layout jobs Operate equipment (skid steer, plate compactor, saws) Communicate professionally with homeowners Maintain clean, organized jobsites Hold crew accountable to quality standards Maintain a clean shop and truck with your crew. Schedule & Season Season runs early March through end of November Typical weeks: 40-45 hours

Winter:

seasonal layoff , with possible extensions depending on weather and performance Target experience: 4-6+ years Less than that = lead laborer, not foreman Mini Excavator, Skidsteers, Mini Skid steer, dump trailers.
