Job Description EverBold Landscaping is seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead installation crews and oversee high-quality landscape and hardscape projects throughout the Cincinnati area. This position is ideal for a motivated leader who takes pride in craftsmanship, can manage a crew effectively, and is committed to completing projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Lead and manage a landscape installation crew on a daily basis Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards Read and execute landscape and hardscape plans Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment on jobsites Communicate with clients professionally when needed Train and mentor crew members Perform quality control throughout each project Operate trucks, trailers, skid steers, mini skid steers, and other equipment Assist with landscape, drainage, hardscape, and outdoor living projects Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to safely pull and maneuver trailers Previous landscape, hardscape, or construction experience Leadership experience managing crews Ability to read plans and follow project specifications Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor daily Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of landscape or construction experience Experience leading crews and managing projects Experience operating skid steers, mini skid steers, excavators, and compact equipment Experience with paver patios, retaining walls, drainage systems, grading, and plant installations CDL (not required but preferred) What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and leadership ability Overtime opportunities during peak season Performance-based advancement opportunities Professional, team-oriented work environment High-quality equipment and tools Opportunity to help shape and grow a rapidly expanding company Schedule Monday-Friday Typical hours: 7 AM - 4 PM Occasional overtime available Seasonal Position This is a seasonal full-time position. Our typical season runs from approximately March 15 through November 1, depending on weather conditions and workload. Many team members return each season.
