Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Crew Manager will be responsible for:- Leading and managing assigned moving crew members.
- Communicating with the Operations Manager
- Ensuring crew members arrive on time and are prepared for each scheduled job.
- Reviewing job instructions with the crew before beginning work.
- Assigning tasks to crew members and maintaining an organized workflow.
- Ensuring customer belongings are handled carefully and professionally.
- Monitoring the loading and unloading process.
- Ensuring proper lifting and safety procedures are followed.
- Taking or ensuring the crew takes before, during, and after photos when required.
- Reporting damages, accidents, injuries, or other incidents immediately to management.
- Communicating professionally and respectfully with customers.
- Keeping the crew productive and focused throughout the job.
- Ensuring company trucks, equipment, and supplies are properly cared for.
- Completing required job documentation and reporting.
- Addressing minor crew issues and reporting serious concerns to the Operations Manager.
COMMUNICATION REQUIREMENTS
The Crew Manager must maintain clear communication with:- The Operations Manager
- Other crew members
- Customers when necessary Any major issues, including customer complaints, property damage, accidents, employee misconduct, or delays, must be reported to management as soon as possible.
COMPANY POLICIES
The Crew Manager is responsible for helping enforce all company policies, including:- No smoking on job sites or inside company vehicles.
- Employees must communicate with the Crew Manager when leaving the work area or when problems arise.
- Employees must treat customers and their property with respect.
- Employees must follow proper safety and lifting procedures.
- Required pictures and job documentation must be completed.
- Employees must remain professional while representing Phil's Moving Company.
