$75,000 - $95,000 per year (Based on experience) .

Direct and manage an on-site crew while operating equipment efficiently to deliver top-notch plumbing solutions.

Operate Heavy Machinery:

Utilize skid steers, backhoes, and excavators safely for residential and commercial excavation.

Partner with your team to navigate on-site challenges and deliver the best outcomes for our customers' exterior plumbing needs. Job Requirements To be considered for this leadership role, you must meet the following criteria:

License Requirement:

Must possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A (Strictly Required) .

Experience:

Proven excavation experience is required, specifically and skillfully operating skid steers and backhoes.

Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of exterior plumbing systems and processes.

Leadership Skills:

Exceptional teamwork abilities with a proven track record of leading a crew on-site.

Durability:

Ability to work effectively and maintain a great attitude in all weather conditions.
