As an Irrigation Installation Foreman/Crew Leader, you will play a key role in overseeing and executing the installation of irrigation systems, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This is a hands-on leadership position, responsible for managing a crew, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and maintaining a professional work environment. If you are experienced in irrigation installation and enjoy leading teams in a dynamic outdoor setting, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew of 2-4 employees in the installation of commercial and residential irrigation systems. Install all components of irrigation systems, including wiring controllers and valves, pressure testing, trenching/pulling pipe, installing heads, rotors, valves, main and lateral lines, drip lines, and bubblers. Operate equipment such as trenchers, pullers, trucks, and tampers as needed for installation projects. Assist the Project Manager to order and manage materials required for each project to ensure timely and accurate completion. Interface professionally with customers, subcontractors, and architects to ensure project requirements are met. Complete all necessary paperwork and administrative tasks related to each job. Maintain a safe work environment and ensure all safety protocols are followed. Perform daily preventative maintenance on company equipment. Read and interpret irrigation plans and drawings. Foster a positive and professional job atmosphere at all times. Qualifications At least three years of experience in irrigation installation. Valid drivers license and insurability under company policy. Ability to perform the physical workload required for irrigation installation, including manual labor and equipment operation. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members in a professional and courteous manner. Ability to read and interpret irrigation plans and drawings. Experience operating and maintaining equipment such as trenchers, pullers, trucks, and tampers. Bilingual in Spanish and English (oral and written) is preferred. Legal documentation to verify employment eligibility.
Offered compensation:
