Role Overview:
As a Landscape Maintenance Crew Lead, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the beauty and health of our clients' landscapes. In this position, you will: Oversee and lead a team of maintenance crew members Ensure high-quality maintenance of gardens, lawns, and other outdoor spaces Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment Train and mentor team members in best practices and techniques Collaborate with management to ensure client satisfaction and efficient operations
Experience and Qualifications:
This position is designed for those with experience in landscape maintenance and a desire to lead.
We are seeking:
Proven experience in professional landscape maintenance leading a crew with a track record of reliability Leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team Knowledge of horticultural practices and plant care (you know a majority of the plants in the region) Strong organizational and communication abilities Spanish fluency is advantageous A valid Oregon driver's license and clean driving record is mandatory for this position. You have lots of experience around small equipment. You know how to fertilize a lawn properly.
