We are seeking a relationship driven Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
Job Overview:
As a Commercial Landscape Asset Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management and maintenance of commercial outdoor spaces. Your role involves coordinating landscaping projects, overseeing maintenance activities, and ensuring that outdoor areas meet aesthetic and functional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Asset Management:
Develop and implement strategies for the effective management of commercial landscape assets. Conduct assessments of outdoor spaces to identify maintenance and improvement needs. Manage budgets and resources efficiently to optimize asset performance.
Project Coordination:
Oversee the planning and execution of landscaping projects for commercial properties. Collaborate with landscape architects, contractors, and maintenance teams to ensure project success. Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure adherence to plans.
Maintenance Oversight:
Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, pruning, fertilizing, and pest control. Implement sustainable practices to enhance the longevity and environmental friendliness of outdoor spaces. Respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergencies.
Client and Stakeholder Communication:
Maintain regular communication with property owners, managers, and stakeholders. Address client concerns and provide recommendations for landscape improvements. Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
Regulatory Compliance:
Stay informed about local regulations and standards related to commercial landscaping. Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations in all landscaping activities. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related field. Proven experience in commercial landscape management. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage budgets and timelines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of horticulture, irrigation systems, and sustainable landscaping practices. Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards.
