Compensation:

$24+ hourly

Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of landscape professionals to deliver exceptional results on every project. Coordinate daily tasks and schedules to ensure efficient use of time and resources. Communicate clearly with clients to understand their vision and provide updates on project progress. Ensure all safety protocols are followed, creating a secure work environment for the team. Oversee the installation and maintenance of landscapes, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship. Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Collaborate with management to plan and execute projects that align with company goals and client expectations.

Qualifications:

Experience in leading and managing landscape projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Ability to effectively communicate with clients, understanding their needs and providing clear updates. Proven track record of fostering a positive team environment, encouraging growth, and collaboration. Strong organizational skills to coordinate daily tasks and optimize resource use. Commitment to safety, ensuring all team members adhere to established protocols. Proficiency in landscape installation and maintenance, with an eye for detail and craftsmanship. Experience in training and mentoring team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
