Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Striping Foreman to lead our crews and oversee daily striping operations. This role requires someone who can effectively manage a team, communicate clearly, maintain a high standard of quality, and keep projects running efficiently from start to finish. We operate both day and night crews, and some projects may take place overnight depending on project needs. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise striping crews on job sites Plan daily work and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule Operate and oversee striping equipment Maintain quality control and ensure accurate, professional striping Communicate with management, customers, and crew members throughout each project Enforce safety procedures and company standards Qualifications Previous striping experience is required Leadership or foreman experience is preferred Valid driver's license (required) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Dependable, consistent, and self-motivated Attention to detail Ability to lead a team and work well under pressure Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Leadership opportunity with room for growth Supportive, team-oriented work environment If you are interested in this position, we encourage you to apply on our website: https://wvsealcoat.com/careers/
