Job Description

Now Hiring:
Landscape Foreman — 2026 Season Stanaitis Landscaping and Construction is hiring a Landscape Foreman for the 2026 season. We're a smaller company based in Garnet Valley, PA, providing quality landscaping and maintenance throughout our area. If you know your plants, take pride in your work, and want room to grow, we'd love to hear from you.
Pay:
$25-$30 per hour, based on experience. Two years of experience is required for this position.
The ideal candidate has:
A solid knowledge of plants and basic landscaping The drive to learn new skills and lead a team Type of work (commercial and residential): Planting, mulching, weed control, Bobcat work, seeding, grading, stone, concrete, landscape lighting, irrigation, drainage, trimming, tree work, pruning, landscape design and installation, and minor home improvement work. Stormwater Management —
Earn More:
We're expanding our stormwater management services, and experience in this area is a big plus. If you have knowledge of drainage systems, rain gardens, bioswales, retention/detention basins, erosion control, or related stormwater work, you may qualify for higher pay. Tell us what you know — the right experience here pays off.
Requirements:
Willing to learn and lead the team Able to drive a truck and trailer Clean background and drug-free Valid driver's license and your own vehicle — no rides provided Great personality and a strong work ethic A focus on sales and upselling Able to build and maintain relationships with customers and material suppliers Familiarity with common plant names
