Production Manager Job Summary Growing Seasons Landscaping (GSL) is hiring a Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead crews in year-round landscaping and winter snow operations. Youll manage daily jobsite tasks, oversee a small team, operate equipment, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and up to GSL standards. Responsibilities Lead and motivate a crew on landscape and snow projects Assign tasks, manage workflow, and maintain project quality Operate mowers, skid steers, trucks, plows, and salters Oversee mulching, planting, pruning, edging, and general maintenance Direct snow removal operations during winter storms Perform pre/post-trip equipment inspections Maintain logs, timesheets, and basic documentation Follow all GSL safety procedures and enforce safety on site Communicate professionally with clients and management Requirements 13 years of experience leading landscape or snow crews Strong knowledge of landscaping tasks and equipment Experience operating plow trucks or skid steers Valid drivers license (CDL is a plus) Ability to work early mornings, nights, and weekends during snow events Reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather Must pass pre-employment drug screening What We Offer Competitive pay Year-round, stable work Growth opportunities across multiple divisions (Landscaping, Forestry, Well Services, Trucking) Family-owned company with a strong culture of safety and teamwork Offered compensation: $20/hr - $24/hr Experience and License Requirements Bilingual (optional) Documentation (optional) Landscaping (optional) Leadership (optional) Outdoor work (optional) Safety (optional) Snowplow (optional) Valid Driver's License (optional)
