A Landscaping or Grounds Supervisor supervises the staff that provide landscaping for residences, parks, public gardens, college campuses or building or office park grounds. Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

Job Description:
The Production Landscape Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all landscape production activities. This individual will lead field crews, manage equipment and materials, maintain quality standards, and work closely with the office to ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily schedules for landscape installation and maintenance crews. Supervise, coach, and develop field employees. Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards. Conduct regular job site visits and quality inspections. Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors. Train employees on proper procedures, safety, and equipment operation. Monitor job costs, labor hours, and productivity. Resolve field issues and communicate effectively with customers. Maintain company vehicles, trailers, and equipment. Assist with hiring, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions. Work with the office to schedule projects and communicate progress. Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
Qualifications:
5+ years of landscape industry experience. Previous experience managing multiple landscape crews. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to read landscape plans and execute projects accordingly. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Experience operating landscape equipment and machinery. Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required). Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
