Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Grass Cutting and Landscape Hardscape Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through precise lawn care, landscape maintenance, and hardscape installation. Duties Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers to ensure well-maintained lawns and gardens Install and repair hardscape features including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other landscape structures Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for landscaping and construction tasks Perform landscape maintenance activities like pruning, planting, mulching, and irrigation system installation or repair Assist with tree care tasks including trimming, pruning, and removal using appropriate tools and techniques Conduct snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to outdoor areas Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project progress Skills Strong mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and tools Proven experience in lawn care, gardening, and landscape maintenance Knowledge of hardscape construction techniques and materials Ability to operate power tools such as excavators, saws, drills, and other construction equipment Familiarity with irrigation systems, tree trimming, horticulture practices, and snow plowing operations Excellent hand tool skills for precise landscaping tasks Understanding of safety procedures related to construction, landscaping, and equipment operation Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina and attention to detail Join our team to bring outdoor visions to life!
