The Assistant Landscape Account Manager will play a key role in supporting account and operations managers, assisting with client proposals, and helping to oversee commercial landscape maintenance projects. Responsibilities Measure properties and prepare detailed proposals based on customer requests. Create and present proposals to clients, ensuring their needs and specifications are met. Identify and generate sales opportunities by recommending landscape enhancements and additional services. Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating daily tasks for multiple field crews in commercial landscape maintenance. Monitor contract specifications, budgets, and client requirements to ensure high-quality service delivery. Communicate effectively with customers to address questions, concerns, and service updates. Support snow removal operations during the winter season as needed. Qualifications Experience in landscape maintenance and design. Associate's degree in horticulture or a related field. Strong client-service skills and a proactive, self-starting attitude. Desire to learn and grow within the position, with the goal of advancing to an Account Manager role. Valid driver's license. Willingness to participate in snow removal activities during winter months.
