Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew of 2-3 employees, assigning daily tasks and ensuring work is completed efficiently and to company standards. Perform lawn care duties such as mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain a neat and well-manicured appearance on client properties. Identify and address weeds, pests, and diseases, applying appropriate treatments and recommending preventive measures as needed. Operate and maintain landscape equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools, ensuring safe and effective use. Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring compliance with local regulations and environmental standards. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and the Operations Manager to ensure client satisfaction and smooth workflow. Qualifications Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a DOT card (assistance provided during the DOT process). Minimum of 3 years of experience in mowing or landscape maintenance. Previous experience supervising or leading a team. Proficiency in operating landscape maintenance equipment safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. Physical ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to reliably commute to Gibsonia, PA 15044.
