This Landscape Foreman role oversees daily field operations and leads crews on residential and commercial landscaping projects. The Landscape Foreman ensures quality work and maintains clear communication with both clients and the Project Manager. Based in Lebanon, PA, this premier landscape design and build company creates exceptional outdoor spaces. Coordinate daily plans, safety protocols, and task assignments. Monitor quality, troubleshoot issues, and adjust schedules as needed. Communicate with clients and the Project Manager throughout projects. Maintain organized, safe job sites while tracking crew time, progress, and material usage for daily reports. Participate in on-site installation work. Provide on-the-job training for crew members, as required. Requirements Proven landscape installation and crew leadership experience. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage schedules, resources, and safety compliance. Hands-on work ethic and attention to detail.
