As we have experienced continued growth, we are constantly seeking out the best talent in the area. We have an immediate opening for an experienced Hardscape Foreman. Compensation is competitive/commensurate with experience Position overview The experienced hardscape foreman should have at minimum 3 years of experience in landscape & hardscape construction and installation. This candidate should require minimal supervision to take a project from start to finish, while directing the activities of a team of 2 or more in the construction of paver patios, retaining walls, landscape construction, low voltage lighting, and planting installations. Expected Responsibilities o Installation of pavers o Construction of retaining walls o Operate a variety of mechanical equipment including, but not limited to, skid steers, backhoes, dingos, compaction equipment, saws, etc. o Operate vehicles such as dump trucks, trailers, and combinations o Read and comprehend landscape design prints and implement the construction plan o Helps with snow removal during the winter months as needed o Determine grades & elevations with laser transit Qualifications o Minimum of 3 years hardscape and landscape installation. o Strong communication, job planning, and mechanical aptitude skills. o Able to lead, manage, and communicate with co-workers, sub contractors, and customers. o Valid drivers license- CDL is a plus, but not required
