This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in quality work, communicates clearly, and keeps jobs organized from start to finish.
Pay:
$24-$30 per hour

Full-time, permanent
Location:
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania Work setting: On-site and field-based Responsibilities Lead and work alongside landscape crews during installation, maintenance, cleanup, and seasonal projects Organize daily work, tools, materials, equipment, and jobsite priorities Read project scopes and communicate expectations to crew members Maintain high standards for workmanship, safety, efficiency, and customer care Track job progress and communicate updates, issues, and material needs to the office Train and support crew members in proper techniques and safe equipment use Help protect customer property, company equipment, and jobsite cleanliness Support snow and ice operations when seasonal work is available Qualifications Professional landscape installation or maintenance experience Previous crew leadership, foreman, or jobsite coordination experience Working knowledge of landscape tools, materials, and equipment Strong attendance, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to perform physical outdoor work in changing weather conditions Valid driver's license for driving responsibilities Snow-removal or equipment experience is a plus Whitetail values dependable people, practical skill, customer care, and team members who want to grow with a local Pittsburgh company.
