As a Landscape Foreman, you will lead a dedicated crew in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. This role features a unique four-day work week, allowing for a balanced schedule while working with a team that takes pride in quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a crew in the installation and maintenance of landscape projects, ensuring all work meets company standards. Coordinate with management to deliver projects on time and within budget. Efficiently manage labor, equipment, and materials on job sites. Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail in all landscape tasks. Promote and maintain a safe, productive, and positive work environment for all team members. Qualifications Experience in landscape installation and maintenance. Strong leadership and team management skills. Valid Pennsylvania drivers license. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Compensation Earn up to $28.00 per hour based on verifiable experience. Work 36 hours per week and receive pay for 40 hours with perfect punctuality and attendance.
