With a commitment to quality and a legacy spanning four generations, we have evolved into a full-service landscape, design-build, maintenance, and irrigation company. We are currently seeking motivated Landscape Technicians to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work a four-day work week, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. Responsibilities Lead a small crew in performing landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, weeding, and trimming. Assist with small installations and other landscaping projects as needed. Report to the Foreman and collaborate with team members to ensure project completion. Maintain equipment and ensure safety standards are met on all job sites. Qualifications Some landscaping experience preferred, but training is available for motivated candidates. Ability to lead a team and manage daily tasks efficiently. Valid PA driver's license. Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug test. Compensation Earn up to $25.00/hour based on verifiable experience. Work 36 hours per week and receive pay for 40 hours with perfect punctuality and attendance.
