Landscape/hardscaper Spring Grove, PA 17362 $22.00 - $30.07 an hour - Full-time $22.00 - $30.07 an hour - Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape/Hardscape Foreman to lead our outdoor projects with enthusiasm and precision. In this role, you will oversee the installation, maintenance, and enhancement of landscape and hardscape features, ensuring high-quality results that exceed client expectations. Your leadership will inspire your team to work efficiently, safely, and creatively while adhering to project timelines and specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape beautiful outdoor spaces and develop your skills in landscape construction, horticulture, and team supervision. Duties Construct and coordinate landscape and hardscape installation projects, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, planting beds, Lead a team of crew members, providing clear instructions, training, and motivation to ensure safe and efficient work practices Oversee site preparation, grading, soil improvement, planting, lawn care, and ongoing maintenance tasks Ensure all work complies with safety standards, project specifications, and quality control measures Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and project managers to plan schedules and resolve on-site challenges promptly Conduct inspections of completed work to guarantee durability, aesthetic appeal, and adherence to design plans Maintain equipment and tools in excellent condition; coordinate repairs or replacements as needed Experience Proven supervising experience in landscape construction or hardscape projects Strong background in landscape maintenance, gardening, horticulture, lawn care. Knowledge of construction techniques related to patios, retaining walls, pathways, and other hardscape features Familiarity with plant selection, soil health practices, pest management and general landscaping principles Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members effectively Ability to read technical drawings or plans is a plus Join us in creating stunning outdoor environments!
