Experienced Landscaping Crew / Landscaping Foreman

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscaping Crew Member or Foreman to lead and execute high-quality landscaping projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate landscaping crews, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, and lawn care Oversee construction activities such as site preparation, installation of hardscapes, planting beds, and irrigation systems Manage tree care operations including pruning, removal, and health assessments Maintain equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance Provide guidance on horticultural practices and garden design to enhance aesthetic appeal Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities and conduct regular safety inspections Skills Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, construction, or related outdoor trades Strong supervising experience with the ability to lead a team effectively Knowledge of lawn care techniques, irrigation systems, gardening practices, and horticulture principles Familiarity with tree care methods including pruning and removal procedures Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage crew members Ability to perform maintenance on landscaping equipment and tools efficiently Good communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members Join us in transforming outdoor spaces while developing your leadership skills!
