This remote position offers the opportunity to work independently, manage a variety of projects, and make a direct impact on customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of landscaping and snow removal operations. Responsibilities Manage and oversee service delivery at local customer sites within the assigned market to ensure all work meets scope and quality standards. Hire, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors or self-perform crews for landscaping and snow removal projects. Conduct regular site inspections and provide quality control feedback. Prepare estimates for new and existing projects as needed. Maintain accurate records using internal trackers and work order systems. Communicate effectively with customers, crews, and internal teams to address issues and ensure satisfaction. Adapt quickly to changing conditions and resolve operational challenges as they arise. Travel regularly within the market area (approximately 80% field work, 20% remote/home-based), with occasional overnight stays as required. Stay informed of and comply with local and state laws and regulations relevant to landscaping and snow removal operations. Support other markets with occasional travel outside the home territory as needed. Qualifications Residence in Western New York is required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the landscaping and snow removal industry. Strong communication and customer management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs. Solid knowledge of plants, landscape operations, and snow removal practices. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote environment. Familiarity with local and state regulations related to landscaping and snow removal.
