Join a dynamic and growing team dedicated to delivering high-quality landscaping and snow removal services throughout Eastern PA As a Landscape Market Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing operations within your assigned territory, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction at every client site. This position offers the opportunity to work independently, manage diverse projects, and make a direct impact on the success of the business. Responsibilities Oversee and manage service delivery at customer sites within the assigned market, ensuring all work meets defined scope and quality standards. Recruit, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors or in-house crews for landscaping and snow removal projects. Conduct regular site inspections and provide feedback to maintain high standards of quality control. Prepare estimates for new and existing projects as needed. Maintain accurate records using internal tracking and work order systems. Communicate effectively with customers, crews, and internal teams to address issues and ensure satisfaction. Adapt to changing conditions and resolve operational challenges as they arise. Travel regularly within the market area (approximately 80% field work, 20% remote/home-based), with occasional overnight stays as required. Stay informed of and comply with local and state laws and regulations relevant to landscaping and snow removal operations. Support other markets with occasional travel outside the home territory as needed. Qualifications Residence in Eastern Pennsylvania is required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the landscaping and snow removal industry. Strong communication and customer management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs. Solid knowledge of plants, landscape operations, and snow removal practices. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote environment. Familiarity with local and state regulations related to landscaping and snow removal.
