Job Description
BayScape is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as an Enhancement Supervisor or Assistant Supervisor . This role is flexible based on experience level, we are open to hiring both experienced leaders and up and coming candidates looking to grow into a leadership position.
This position supports and/or leads landscape enhancement projects including plantings, mulch, and site improvements, while working closely with field crews and management. Key Responsibilities Support or lead daily operations of enhancement crews and projects Assist with or execute landscape installations (plantings, mulch, light construction) Read and follow landscape plans and layouts (training provided if needed) Communicate with team members, clients, and office staff Help train and develop crew members Maintain company safety and quality standards Qualifications 1-3+ years of experience in landscaping or construction (leadership experience a plus) Knowledge of plants and landscape materials preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong work ethic and willingness to grow into a leadership role Good communication and organizational skills
