Production Manager

What You'll Do:

Lead and work alongside a 6-person grounds crew on a high-traffic industrial site Oversee daily site cleanup, litter removal, and general grounds maintenance Conduct and supervise DOT truck and equipment checks Complete and submit light daily paperwork and crew checklists Maintain walkways, entrances, and shared outdoor areas Support snow removal operations in the winter Communicate clearly with crew and management to keep work on track

What We're Looking For:

Prior experience as a foreman, crew lead, or supervisor is preferred Dependable and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions Team-first mindset with strong leadership and accountability Willingness to handle paperwork and DOT checks (training provided) Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality A focus on quality, professionalism, and safety
