This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in lawn care, landscape maintenance, and horticulture while managing a team of skilled crew members. Your leadership will ensure that each project reflects our commitment to quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and successfully manage multiple maintenance teams ensuring all contractual obligations and production are fulfilled. Operate, schedule, diagnose and repair irrigation systems routinely. Proactively identify potential problems within production and find resolutions to minimize damage, risk or downtime. Schedule and conduct landscape walks with current clients to ensure all client expectations are being fulfilled and identify upsell potential. Build long-term client relationships with proactive communication. Identify agronomic issues across both ornamentals and turf including pest infestations, disease, fertility, water requirements, etc. Experience Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or landscaping with a strong background in outdoor work environments Supervising or team management experience within groundskeeping or landscaping settings Knowledge of plant identification, horticulture practices, and tree care techniques Hands-on experience with irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting Familiarity with hardscape construction projects such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor structures Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely along with grounds maintenance tools and machinery Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising crews and managing multiple projects simultaneously We distinguish ourselves by operating with a unique philosophy that prioritizes innovation, proactive engagement, and excellence in every aspect of landscape management. Current Offer Rate and Conditions:
  • Base Salary of $60,000 - $70,000
  • Year end performance review and bonus opportunity.
  • Eligible for vacation and personal days after 6 months of employment.
  • $100 monthly Cell phone allowance.
  • 50% match of insurance package.
  • Company truck provided with take home eligibility.
