Falconbridge Property Services is hiring an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to lead daily operations for residential and commercial properties in Charleston, SC . This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who knows lawn care, can manage people, and takes ownership of job quality. If you have strong mowing and landscape maintenance experience and are ready to step into a leadership role, this position offers stability, growth, and competitive pay. What You'll Do Lead and manage a landscape maintenance crew Perform and oversee mowing, trimming, edging, and bed maintenance Assess landscape conditions and recommend improvements Create and execute property maintenance plans Train, coach, and support crew members Ensure quality standards, safety, and efficiency Communicate daily updates and reports to management Operate and maintain landscaping equipment Serve as the on-site point of contact for assigned properties What We're Looking For Prior lawn mowing and landscape maintenance experience (required) Leadership or crew lead experience preferred Valid driver's license (required) Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work outdoors in Charleston weather Good communication and organizational skills Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Certification or proof of education in the landscape industry is a plus.
