  • Pursuit of Excellence Typical Day Oversee and participate in the loading of vehicles and preparation for the job site.
Represent the company well on-site through good communication with clients and fellow team members, clean work sites, and clean equipment. Be responsible for the team and yourself to follow the process for maintaining each property. Return to the shop once the route is complete. Ensure to clean out trucks each afternoon for efficient job flow. Maintain communication with Account Managers. Qualifications (You may apply even if you do not meet every qualification) 1-3 years of Lawn Maintenance experience required. 1-3 years of leadership experience preferred. Experience in operating lawn mowers, string trimmer, backpack blower, and specialized equipment. Has and is willing to expand horticultural knowledge. Ability to develop a general working knowledge of the job flow and processes for completing tasks. Knowledge of how to safely use the equipment on the job site. Ability to remain professional in difficult circumstances. Ability to work in a physically demanding role that may include prolonged periods of standing and lifting over 50 pounds.

Offered compensation:
$18/hr
