Job Description

Position Overview:
Elite Coastal Landscaping is looking for an experienced and dependable Landscape Supervisor to oversee our maintenance operations and lead multiple crews in the field. This is a leadership role for someone who knows landscaping inside and out, takes ownership of their work, and can keep teams organized, efficient, and accountable. You'll be the link between the field and the office — making sure properties look their best, schedules stay on track, and our quality standards are met on every job. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate multiple landscape maintenance crews across job sites Plan daily and weekly schedules, routes, and crew assignments Conduct site inspections to ensure all work meets company quality standards Train, mentor, and evaluate crew leaders and team members Communicate with clients in the field to address questions, concerns, and service requests Monitor equipment condition, coordinate maintenance and repairs, and manage material needs Enforce safety policies and ensure job sites remain clean, safe, and professional Report progress, staffing needs, and job site issues to management Step in hands-on when needed to keep jobs on schedule
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of landscape maintenance experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or crew leadership role Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required) Strong knowledge of landscaping equipment, maintenance practices, and turf/plant care Proven ability to manage schedules, lead teams, and hold crews accountable Excellent communication and time management skills Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay:
$18-$35 per hour Benefits available after 90 days, including insurance options PTO One week of paid vacation after one year of employment Paid holidays Company vehicle or vehicle allowance may be available
