Job Description
Job Summary Join our landscape team as a Landscape Crewleader, where you will lead and inspire a crew dedicated to creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. In this energetic role, you will oversee daily landscaping operations, ensure quality standards are met, and foster a positive team environment. Your leadership will drive efficient project execution, promote safety, and deliver exceptional results for our clients. Duties Lead and supervise a team of landscape technicians on various projects including lawn care, planting, pruning, and construction tasks Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of projects Perform quality control checks on completed work to meet company standards and client expectations Maintain safety protocols and promote a safe working environment for all crew members Provide training and mentorship to team members in areas such as landscape maintenance, tree care, gardening, and equipment operation Assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance Communicate effectively with clients and team members to clarify project details and address any concerns Requirements Must have valid driver license Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or related outdoor work environments Supervising experience leading small teams or crews in outdoor settings Knowledge of lawn care practices, horticulture principles, garden design, and plant health management Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and guide team members effectively Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials, operating machinery, and working outdoors in various weather conditions Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients and team members alikeJoin us if you're ready to lead with energy and expertise in creating stunning landscapes!
