Landscape Crew Member/Foreman Integrity Lawn & Landscaping - 4.6 Knoxville, TN Job Details Full-time $15 - $24 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Outdoor work Driver's License Landscaping Full Job Description Integrity Lawn and Landscaping is seeking experienced and motivated Landscaping Crew Members and a Foreman to join our field crews for our residential and commercial landscaping projects in the Knoxville area. This is a full-time, year-round position with competitive pay and opportunities for growth.
Crew Member Responsibilities:
Perform tasks such as trimming hedges, and planting flowers, trees, and shrubs Operate landscaping equipment and tools safely Ability to work together as part of a team, while following directions from supervisor Follow planned landscaping designs to determine where to lay sod, sow grass, or plant flowers or foliage Previous landscape experience a plus, but not required
Foreman Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead landscaping crews on job sites Schedule and coordinate daily work assignments Ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction Train and mentor crew members Operate landscaping equipment and tools safely Monitor materials, equipment, and job site safety Communicate effectively with clients and management
Qualifications:
3+ years of landscaping experience (supervisory experience preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of landscaping techniques, plant materials, and equipment Ability to read landscape plans (preferred) Valid driver's license (clean driving record required) Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather conditions required.
