Job Description:
As an Lead Irrigation Technician, you will be responsible for leading the crew to installations, repairs, and irrigation maintenance. You'll be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of maintenance services, efficient use of resources, and that each job is completed on schedule. Additionally, you will be using our business software to track jobs, manage client information, and report team progress.
Mount Juliet, TN Responsibilities:
Complete Irrigation Repairs, Warranty Maintenance and sometimes complete new Irrigation Installations. Irrigation Startups & Winterizations Manage daily operations including scheduling and task assignment. Use business software to track work orders, manage job status, and document completed tasks. Ensure all crew members practice good safety. Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any questions or concerns in a professional manner. Maintain equipment daily, ensuring everything is in good working order. Monitor and assess the team's performance, providing feedback to management to assist in ongoing development. Collaborate with management to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
Requirements:
Proven experience in irrigation - REQUIRED Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - REQUIRED Strong understanding of lawn care techniques and equipment operation. Experience with business software (CRM, scheduling tools, job tracking apps). Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving and communication abilities. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized. Ability to lift heavy objects, work in various weather conditions, and perform physically demanding tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the irrigation & landscaping industry. Proficiency in using lawn care-specific business software (e.g., Jobber, LawnPro, Service AutoPilot, Housecall Pro or similar). Previous experience in client relationship management or customer service.
