Ready to lead field ops for a landscape-forward GC that's actually growing — not just posting the role to fill a gap? We're a landscape architecture-led general contractor building parks, HOA amenity centers, splash pads, plazas, and community spaces across Texas (Houston, Dallas, and Central Texas).

What you will be doing:

Field leadership across multiple concurrent active projects Subcontractors, self-perform crews, daily site activity — schedule and quality on the line Primary field contact for owners, architects, and landscape architects Safety and OSHA compliance across the portfolio Mentoring assistant supers and trade leads Field input into preconstruction — schedules, logistics, phasing What you must have: 4+ years superintendent experience, commercial GC background required Parks, amenity centers, site development, or landscape-forward project experience strongly preferred Proven track record running multiple projects at once in a single market OSHA 30 required; Procore or similar a plus Based in or willing to relocate to Austin/San Antonio metro
