Summary The Landscape Account Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall success, profitability, and client satisfaction of assigned landscape maintenance accounts. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients and leads the coordination between customers, production teams, and internal departments. The Account Manager provides strategic direction to Landscape Production Managers and field teams to ensure high-quality service delivery, contract compliance, and continuous improvement of operations. This position focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying enhancement opportunities, and driving financial performance while maintaining Urban Dirt Landscaping's standards of excellence. Job Duties & Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison for assigned clients, ensuring strong relationships, clear communication, and high levels of customer satisfaction Oversee and manage multiple landscape maintenance accounts, ensuring all contract specifications and service expectations are met or exceeded Lead, mentor, and hold accountable Landscape Production Managers and field teams to achieve operational, quality, and financial goals Conduct regular property walks with clients and Production Managers to review service quality, address concerns, and identify opportunities for enhancements Partner closely with Production Managers to ensure efficient execution of daily operations, including labor planning, scheduling, and resource allocation Review and analyze financial reports, budgets, and account performance to ensure profitability targets are achieved Identify, estimate, and sell landscape enhancements, upgrades, and additional services to grow revenue within existing accounts Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues, complaints, and service requests Monitor quality control programs, including inspections and audits, to maintain company standards across all properties Collaborate with Production Managers to ensure crews are properly equipped, trained, and aligned with service plans and expectations Support workforce planning, including hiring, training, performance management, and development of Production Managers and field staff Promote a positive, professional, and safety-focused culture across all teams Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Work cross-functionally with irrigation, enhancements, and other divisions to deliver seamless service and maximize efficiency Track and minimize warranty work and operational inefficiencies Provide strategic input on operational improvements, service delivery enhancements, and cost-saving initiatives Support sales and business development efforts by leveraging strong operational knowledge and client relationships Maintain accurate account documentation, reporting, and communication between clients, field teams, and office staff Perform other related duties as assigned Job Requirements Valid Driver's License Pass Background Check Bilingual - English & Spanish (Preferred) Irrigation Experience (Preferred) Aspire Software Knowledge (Preferred) Benefits Competitive Salary Company-Provided Vehicle & Fuel Card Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance 401k w/
