Instead of turning customers away, we're bringing on experienced pool contractors to take on builds and remodels — and we pay better than anyone in the market.

The Opportunity:

You keep 90% of the total job cost. Most companies pay contractors an hourly wage. We don't. You take 90% of the full job price, and our pools typically run $60,000-$150,000. The more jobs you take, the more you make. We feed you the work. We handle all marketing, lead generation, scheduling, client communication, proposals, and contracts. You focus on what you do best — estimating, designing, and building. Real partnership. We're looking for contractors to grow with us long term, not one-off labor.

Your Role:

Give the client an estimate, design the layout, and complete the build or remodel. We take care of everything else.

What You'll Need:

Proven experience in pool construction, remodeling, or resurfacing Licensed and insured, with the ability to pull permits in DFW cities Solo contractor or your own crew — both welcome Strong, prompt communication (this is how we keep clients happy and jobs moving) Reliability and professionalism on every job If you're a skilled pool builder who'd rather build than chase leads, this is a chance to keep your schedule full and your earnings high.
