JH Plantscapes has served the Houston area for over 40 years. We specialize in maintenance, installation, irrigation, and pesticide and herbicide treatment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
The Landscape Maintenance Foreman will be in charge of 2-4 person crew for installation of commercial properties. Operate trucks, trailers and landscape maintenance equipment. Maintain trucks and equipment. Train and instruct crew members on your crew. Drive to properties. Paid holidays
Required Experience:
Minimum of 3 years Must have good driving record and current driver's license. Must be able to speak English and Spanish. Has a "can-do" attitude Gets job done on time and is ready for next job. Be a "team player" and gets along with all co-workers. Operate trucks, trailers and landscape equipment Maintain trucks and equipment. Train and instruct crew members on your crew. Drive to properties. Paid holidays

Safety Adhere to all company safety rules and policies. Report any repairs necessary for equipment, trucks, trailers. Use appropriate safety equipment and oversee crew using safety equipment. Summary As a Landscape Maintenance Foreman, you will lead a team in maintaining landscapes to the highest standards. With core skills in landscape maintenance, landscaping, and supervising experience, you will oversee daily operations, ensure quality work, and provide guidance to your team. Your premium skills in leadership and maintenance will be instrumental in effectively managing projects and resources. Utilize your relevant skills in lawn care, construction, tree care, and irrigation to enhance the beauty and functionality of outdoor spaces. A valid driver's license and bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English are required for this role.
