Responsibilities and Duties:

The Landscape Maintenance Foreman will be in charge of 2-4 person crew for installation of commercial properties. Operate trucks, trailers and landscape maintenance equipment. Maintain trucks and equipment. Train and instruct crew members on your crew. Drive to properties. Paid holidays

Required Experience:

Minimum of 3 years Must have good driving record and current driver's license. Must be able to speak English and Spanish. Has a "can-do" attitude Gets job done on time and is ready for next job. Equipment Use Be knowledgeable in all equipment Learn to service/perform necessary preventative maintenance on equipment. Proper loading and unloading of equipment. Safety Adhere to all company safety rules and policies. Report any repairs necessary for equipment, trucks, trailers. Use appropriate safety equipment and oversee crew using safety equipment. With core skills in landscape maintenance, landscaping, and supervising experience, you will oversee daily operations, ensure quality work, and provide guidance to your team.
