This position is ideal for someone passionate about gardening, landscape construction, and creating beautiful outdoor spaces for luxury homes. We are searching for a leader with exceptional attention to detail who takes pride in high-quality work and can lead, teach, and motivate crews in the field.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise landscaping crews on high-end residential projects Ensure all work is completed with excellent quality and attention to detail Train and guide crew members in proper landscaping techniques Perform and oversee planting, gardening, irrigation, sod, mulch, trimming, and landscape construction tasks Read plans and coordinate daily job site activities Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites Communicate effectively with management and crews

Requirements:

Extensive experience in residential landscaping and landscape construction Strong knowledge of plants, gardening, and landscape installation Experience leading and managing crews Detail-oriented and passionate about landscaping Ability to teach and develop team members Valid driver's license preferred Must be authorized to work in the
