- Landscaping to oversee crew operations at a commercial property in the Round Rock, TX area. You'll run the crew, manage daily job schedules, ensure quality standards are met, and serve as the primary point of contact on-site. This is a working lead role
- you'll be hands-on while also directing your team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a crew of 2-4 landscaping technicians daily
- Execute mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, bed maintenance, and seasonal plantings
- Conduct daily job-site walkthroughs and quality checks
- Communicate with facility managers and clients on-site
- Manage equipment maintenance, fueling, and inventory on your truck
- Train new hires and enforce safety procedures
- Track crew hours, materials used, and job completion
Requirements:
- 2+ years of commercial landscaping experience (lead or supervisor role preferred)
- Valid driver's license (CDL not required)
- Ability to operate mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers
- Comfortable working outdoors in Texas heat
- Basic English communication skills (bilingual English/Spanish a plus)
- Reliable transportation to the Round Rock area
