Role:

The Grounds Guys are looking for a motivated Production / Crew Manager to lead our landscaping team. You'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, training crew members, ensuring job quality, and learning to estimate and sell jobs. This role offers a clear path to earning equity in the company for those who prove themselves.

What You'll Do:

Manage and lead a team to complete high-quality landscaping projects Train and mentor crew members for efficiency and excellence Assist in estimating, bidding, and closing new jobs Maintain relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction Ensure all jobs are completed on time and within budget
