Job Description

Are you the kind of marketer who loves turning insights into action, building automated email journeys that feel personal, and removing friction on-site so more visitors become customers? Rubio Monocoat, a global player in wood protection, is looking for a CRO & Lifecycle Specialist to support growth across North America.
Your mission:
improve conversion and retention by owning execution across lifecycle marketing and conversion optimization , with clear direction and prioritization support from marketing leadership. Your Role Own and execute lifecycle marketing across email and
SMS:
campaigns, automation, segmentation, and performance improvements. Build and optimize core flows (welcome series, abandoned cart/browse, post-purchase, replenishment, winback, reviews/UGC, education). Own CRO execution with support on strategy and prioritization, including identifying friction, proposing hypotheses, and running a steady cadence of site improvements and tests. Improve key on-site journeys (landing pages, PDPs, cart/checkout flows) through copy, merchandising, trust elements, and UX refinements. Partner with creative resources to produce high-performing templates and conversion-focused assets. Use platform reporting and simple dashboards to track results and turn learnings into next actions, keeping reporting practical and decision oriented. Collaborate across a multidisciplinary digital team supporting growth and performance for North America (US & Canada). Your Profile 2+ years of hands-on experience in ecommerce email marketing and CRO, or strong strength in one with working capability in the other.
Strong operator mindset:
you can plan, build, QA, launch, analyze, and iterate—without needing constant oversight. Comfortable working with analytics (GA4, Shopify, TripleWhale or equivalent) and translating data into clear next steps. Shopify experience with basic understanding of site structure, merchandising, and experimentation tools. Familiarity with an ESP like Klaviyo (preferred) and best practices for list health and deliverability. Strong copy and UX instincts—you know how to structure messaging that drives action. Organized, collaborative, and excited about testing culture and continuous improvement. Strong communicator in English. Spanish/French familiarity is a plus. Why Rubio Monocoat?
