Landscape Construction Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and experienced construction landscape workers.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with team members to execute landscape construction projects, including the installation of hardscapes and softscapes. Prepare and maintain work sites by performing tasks such as planting, pruning, mulching, and installing irrigation systems. Operate and maintain various landscaping equipment and machinery safely and efficiently. Follow project plans and blueprints to ensure accurate and high-quality output. Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to create a safe work environment for yourself and your team members. Communicate effectively with team leaders and supervisors regarding project progress and challenges. Provide support in site clean-up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in landscape construction or a related field is preferred. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and bending. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, Spanish or English OK. Basic knowledge of landscape materials and construction methods. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are desirable. Commitment to upholding company standards, demonstrating alignment with Stratton Landscape Group's values, and delivering high-quality workmanship.
