Responsibilities:

Supervise, train, and direct landscape crews (1-15 team members), leading by example with professionalism and a positive attitude. Delegate responsibilities effectively to maximize efficiency, quality, and productivity. Provide coaching and mentorship to crew members to help them develop their skills and grow within the company. Maintain clear communication with clients, team members, and management to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification. Oversee and participate in installation of landscape projects, ensuring accuracy to design and adherence to budget. Manage transportation of materials, tools, equipment, and debris. Enforce safe practices, maintain a clean and orderly job site, and model proper use of equipment. Evaluate and provide constructive feedback to crew members and report to management. Contribute to company meetings, training, and leadership discussions.

Qualifications:

Extensive knowledge of landscaping techniques, plant materials, irrigation systems, and hardscapes. Minimum 5 years of landscaping industry experience, with at least 3 years leading crews or managing projects. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to create solutions under pressure. Physically capable of performing demanding tasks in all weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Dependable, detail-oriented, and highly organized with strong leadership skills. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required. Clean driving record for at least 3 years (to operate company vehicles). High school diploma or GED.
