• Landscaping Supervisor
• We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Supervisor to lead our team and help deliver high-quality work to our clients.

This position is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in leadership, works well under pressure and can effectively manage both people and project operations.

Responsibilities Include:

• Supervise and lead landscaping crew on job sites
• Schedule and manage daily tasks (mowing, trimming, planting, Hardscaping, etc.)
•  ensuring productivity, quality and safety standards are met
• Train and support crew members
• Communicate with clients when needed and represent the company Professionally
• Maintain a positive and efficient work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous landscaping and supervisory or leadership experience Preferred but willing to train the right individual
• strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• ability to lead by example and motivate a team

• We are currently looking for dependable Landscaping Helpers to join our growing team.

If you enjoy working outdoors and don't mind getting your hands dirty, this is a great opportunity to learn and grow in the landscaping industry.

Duties include:

• Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing.
• Mulching, planting, and general landscape maintenance
• Assisting with hardscape projects (patios, walkways, etc.)
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment
• Keeping job sites clean and organized What we are looking for:
• strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Dependable and punctual
• ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• experience is a plus but not required. We will train the right person.  What we offer:
